Guatemala’s program is surely not indicative of all programs. The downfall of this program has brought about meaningful changes in others. Agencies and governments have had the benefit of learning from Guatemala’s mistakes so positive changes can be implemented. We must stand up for children with our voice since they have none. The pendulum swings constantly, which way we want it to swing depends on how we adults respond.
This site always give a very informative things.
Nice one!
